1. How do I receive my presets after purchase?

After checkout, you’ll be redirected to an order confirmation page with a download link.
You’ll also receive an email with your download link, so you can access your presets anytime.


2. What’s included in a preset pack or bundle?

Each pack includes:

  • High-quality Lightroom presets (.xmp and/or .dng formats)

  • A beautifully designed installation guide

  • A license for personal and commercial use

  • Lifetime access to any updates we release

  • Friendly email support if you need help


3. How do I install the presets?

We provide a step-by-step installation guide for:

  • Lightroom Classic (Desktop)

  • Lightroom CC (Desktop)

  • Lightroom Mobile (using DNG files)

4. Are these presets compatible with Lightroom Mobile?

Yes!
All our presets work with the free Lightroom Mobile app.
We include DNG files specifically for mobile use — no desktop required.


5. Are the presets compatible with Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC?

Yes.
We include XMP files that work with:

  • Lightroom Classic (v7.3 and newer)

  • Lightroom CC (Cloud-based version)

  • Adobe Camera Raw (ACR)


6. Do your presets work on both Mac and Windows?

Yes, our presets are fully compatible with both macOS and Windows versions of Lightroom.


7. Can I use the presets on JPG and RAW files?

Yes!
Our presets are designed to work well with both JPG and RAW formats, though RAW images offer more editing flexibility.


8. Will the presets look exactly the same on my photos?

Not necessarily — every photo is different (light, color, exposure).
Think of presets as a starting point. You may need to tweak exposure, contrast, or white balance to get the perfect look.


9. Do you offer support if I need help?

Yes!
If you need help installing or using your presets, just send us an email at support@macrophotopresets.com — we’re happy to assist.


10. How do I receive updates if a pack is improved later?

If we release an update to a preset pack you’ve purchased, we’ll email you with the updated files — no additional cost.


11. Can I use the presets for commercial work?

Yes!
You may use our presets for your own photos, including client work, social media, websites, and printed products.

You may not share, resell, or redistribute the preset files themselves.


12. Can I use these presets on more than one device?

Yes — you can install them on multiple devices as long as they are for your own personal or professional use.


13. Do I need a subscription to Adobe Lightroom to use these presets?

  • If you’re using Lightroom Classic or Lightroom CC, yes — they require a paid Adobe subscription.

  • If you’re using Lightroom Mobile, you can use the DNG version of our presets for free — no subscription needed.


14. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
However, if something isn’t working as expected, contact us within 14 days and we’ll help resolve the issue — or offer a refund if we can’t.


15. Can I try the presets before I buy?

Not at the moment — but we provide before & after examples, and we’re happy to help if you’re unsure which pack to choose.


16. How do I contact you?
